Your Privacy Matters

At cozyadventure.now, we really care about your privacy. We're in charge of the personal info you share with us. We get and use this info to give you awesome in-person game nights, like parties for companies, get-togethers, big celebrations, making sure we have all the stuff you need, and working with our great hosts.

We use your info because it's allowed. Like, we need it to do what we promised when you booked a game night, to help us run our biz, to send you updates if you want them, and because the law says we have to. We do our best to keep your info safe, following rules like the Australian Privacy Principles (APP). We won't use your info to make decisions about you automatically. We just want every cozyadventure.now experience to be fun, safe, and perfect for you.

What Info We Grab

We only grab the info we need to make our services better:

Personal stuff: Your name, how to reach you, and what you want for your event when you book.
Techy stuff: Your IP address, what kind of device you're using, your browser, what pages you looked at, and how long you were on them. This helps our site run smoothly.
Cookies: Little bits of data that remember who you are. Some are needed for the site to work, some remember what you like, and some tell us how people use the site.

This info lets us book your event, keep you updated, make the site better, and stay in touch.

We only use your info for what you'd expect:

We keep your personal info for different times, from 3 months to 5 years, depending on what it's for. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Event and booking stuff: up to 5 years

Website usage info: up to 2 years

After that, we delete it or make it anonymous. If we change this policy, we'll post it on our website. If you keep using our site, it means you're okay with the changes.
